In a market dominated by corporate giants, Pre-con has emerged as a leader in the industry. We manufacture, supply and install a variety of products for public works utility construction. In addition to manufacturing, our construction division performs heavy construction relating to water, wastewater, environmental remediation, force protection and other heavy civil construction.

Our early success and operating philosophy was fostered by our founder, Don Zarraonandia. As the son of immigrant parents, growing up during the depression, Don learned the importance of hard work, honesty and integrity. Don's sons, David and Dan, along with Pre-con's dedicated staff strive to uphold these core values and honor the legacy left by the founder.

Our corporate office and production facility is located in Simi Valley near the eastern edge of Ventura County. This location provides a strategic point of service to Central and Southern California.

Our manufacturing plant is capable of producing concrete products ranging from small and midsize boxes and pipe, using highly automated, high output dry-cast machinery, to large wet-cast structures weighing in excess of 60,000 lbs. 

We boast a modern fleet of crane/delivery trucks as well as fully equipped, highly experienced, professional field crews ready to meet the rigorous demands of a fluid market. The field crews can be dispatched from Simi Valley or from our construction division field office in Riverside, California.
